About Us
We are here to help you thrive in motherhood

We believe that motherhood should be more than just getting through the day
At Mindful Motherhood Counselling, we want to see every mother thriving and experiencing the joy that motherhood brings. It should be more than just getting through the sleepless nights and chaotic days – we want you to experience a motherhood journey where you feel supported, understood and emotionally well.
Our mission is to walk alongside you through every stage of parenting – offering compassionate, evidence-based counselling that strengthens your mental wellbeing and emotional resilience.
Whether you are navigating the early days of pregnancy or postpartum, grappling with identity or relationship shifts, managing anxiety and intrusive thoughts, or simply feeling overwhelmed, we are here to help you rediscover balance, build resilience and create a deeper more fulfilling connection with yourself and your loved ones.
Your story matters. Your children matter. You matter. Let’s do this together.
Welcome
Hi, I’m Jess — an experienced counsellor accredited by the Australian Counselling Association.
My journey into counselling started with a natural desire to care for others and offer a safe, listening ear. Over time, I saw how powerful it can be for someone to feel truly heard, and that belief inspired me to pursue formal training and turn my passion into a profession.
I’m especially passionate about working with mothers—whether you’re in the early postpartum phase, adjusting to new stages of parenting, or simply feeling overwhelmed and in need of support. I offer compassionate, personalised counselling that helps you feel more balanced, connected, and confident in yourself and your role.
A recent new mum myself, I experienced first-hand the way in which motherhood touches and changes every part of us. There is so much noise around us – challenging our every decisions, pressure from society to behave a certain way, an expectation that we will “bounce back”, take everything in our stride, and a sense of failure if we can’t carry it all. I invite you to slow down, quiet the noise, and take the time to sit with this new version of you and tune in to what you want to hear.
In a safe and compassionate space, you have the freedom to be you. I look forward to walking this journey together.
