Mindful Motherhood Counselling is dedicated to supporting you at every stage of your parenting journey by providing compassionate, personalized counselling that fosters emotional well-being and mental health.

Our goal is to help you find balance, resilience, and a deeper connection with yourself and your family.

My mission is to support, empower and uplift others by providing a safe, non-judgemental space to explore the emotions, challenges, changes and identity in motherhood. Through compassionate, evidence-based counselling, I am passionate to see every mother feel seen, heard and thriving – emotionally, mentally and personally.

Here at Mindful Motherhood Counselling, we understand that life with young children can mean life is full. That is why we offer online sessions – join from the comfort of your own home. Your little ones are welcome to be present for the session as well.
